Re: 30th PAX ROMANA/ICMICA PLENARY ASSEMBLY 2008
This
is to announce that PAX ROMANA/ICMICA will be having the 30th Plenary
Assembly in Nairobi Kenya from 20th to 27th July 2008.
The
Plenary Assembly will be held at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa,
Langata Area, Nairobi,Kenya.
Your
movement is invited to attend the Plenary Assembly and to be represented by a minimum
of two(2) delegates per movement.
You
are kindly requested to confirm your movement’s participation and the names
of your delegates by December 31st
2007.
Each
delegation will pay 100 Euros per person as registration fee. Accommodation
and food will be catered by the local organising committee. However, the cost
of travel to and from Nairobi for each delegate will be met by your movement.
The
Theme of the study session of the Plenary Assembly will be
“Global
Governance, Global Justice -
You
are further requested to reflect about this Theme in your movement as a way of
preparation for the Plenary Assembly.
Please
confirm on whether you need a visa to enter Kenya.For those who do not have a
Kenya embassy in their country it is possible to get it at the airport upon
arrival. However, you are invited to request for more information at the
immigration of your country. In case there is any problem, we will be
delighted to be informed as soon as possible in order to organize for the visa
application in good time.
